One-on-One Coaching for Autistic and Neurodivergent Adults
Alongside my training as a therapist, I occasionally offer one-on-one coaching for autistic and neurodivergent adults. My approach is practical and relationship-centered—grounded in presence and attunement. Coaching is not therapy, but it draws on many of the same values: curiosity, empathy, and collaborative problem-solving.

What I Offer
Depending on a client’s goals, sessions may include support with executive functioning and daily living tasks — such as time management, organization, menu planning, or developing checklists and sustainable routines. We may also explore positive behavior support strategies—identifying triggers, practicing coping tools, and building self-regulation skills in a supportive way. Every session is collaborative and tailored to your priorities.
About Me
I’m a therapist-in-training (Smith MSW ’27) with more than eight years of experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent adults in coaching and direct-support roles. This background shapes how I coach today—combining practical structure, relational safety, and nervous system awareness to support clients in building sustainable routines and greater independence.
