About me
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work (Smith MSW ’27), training toward licensure as a psychotherapist.
My philosophy grows out of years of supporting autistic and neurodivergent adults, and is grounded in the power of the therapeutic relationship—with presence, safety, and attunement as the foundation for change.
Before beginning clinical training, my path took me through science and writing. I studied molecular biology, worked in a research lab, and went on to earn a master’s in journalism before moving into science media, where I spent five years producing the science podcast StarTalk with Neil deGrasse Tyson.
For several years, I worked in a Johns Hopkins–affiliated program in New York City, providing long-term therapeutic support and coaching to an autistic adult—an experience deeply shaped my focus on autism and relational healing.
I was born in France and grew up in a small mountain town, Pontarlier. Today, I’m based in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, where I balance my studies and work with trail running and spending time with my young adult son.

Alongside my training as a therapist, I occasionally offer one-on-one coaching for autistic and neurodivergent adults. Learn more here.
